Ordered generic viagra but received generic cialis. shipping was a bit slow. customer service were helpful and gave me a partial refund.

The Swiss Pharmacy - Great service and ultra-fast

I'm stunned at how fast my shipment reached me - from India to the UK in just 5 working days against 'up to 15 days' indicated for express delivery. I'm so pleased I chose to buy from Swiss Pharmacy rather than one of the hundred other dodgy-looking online pharmacies. Regarding card payment, it's an unfortunate fact that the card companies, under pressure from big pharma, make it pretty much impossible for online generics retailers to take credit cards. There are similar problems with the major online payment intermediaries. The options left to online generics retailers don't inspire confidence, losing them a lot of business, which of course is the idea. I wasn't exactly happy with the payment method for Swiss Pharmacy but I have been very, very pleasantly surprised. Apart from the speed, one other thing requires comment - the customer service is outstanding. I went on to the website several times before and after ordering; each time, I was chatting online with a very helpful and well-informed member of staff speaking perfect English. In my last query I was checking the tracking number; I was immediately given a link which showed me that my parcel was already at my local post office ready for delivery and sure enough, half an hour later, it was in my letterbox.
