I TRIED TO RE-ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AS I DID A YEAR AGO HAD NO PROBLEMS THE FIRST TIME BUT THIS TIME MY CREDIT CARD WOULD'T GO THREW SO I TRIED MY DEBIT CARD IT WOULD NOT GO THREW, THEY CALLED ME TRIED MY CARD AGAIN TOLD ME TO CALL MY BANK BECAUSE THERE WAS A BLOCK ON IT FOR INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES. I DID'NT CALL UNTIL I GOT A PHONE CALL FROM THE FRAUD DEPARTMENT AT THE BANK TELLING ME SOMEONE TRIED TO USE MY CARD TO PAY A 129.00 VETERINARIAN BILL. HAVE TO CLOSE THAT CARD NUMBER. SO DO NOT USE THESE IDIOTS THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF.

I have to say that you seem to be blaming them for the practices of your credit card company. At the very least your highly negative ratings for most of the options have absolutely nothing to do with product quality or service. I can appreciate your anger but i think its' the overzealous policies of your credit card companies that are where it should be directed.

I travel a good bit and had these same sorts of things come up on occasion but that has diminished over the years as I have limited the cards I use, I notify them when and where I will be traveling and they now just send me an email when they have a question about some out of the ordinary charge that comes up.

Good Luck, but I think your review is off-point and has little merit as regards the efficacy of this company.
