I have been a customer of PNI for a long time and sometimes their delivery times and communications can be a little erratic to say the least but I have always received my meds in the end and always a quality product unlike most others that I have tried .. I last ordered at the end of June and heard nothing for over four weeks .. I was beginning to worry when they didn't respond but then I get an email from PNI stating their pharmacist had been in a very serious car crash and they temporarily couldn't ship due to licensing and prescription requirements in India and the fact he was in hospital .. but they had now engaged a replacement and were shipping normally. After inquiring further it turns out their pharmacist was very nearly killed! So please people cut them some slack and if you have an issue try writing nicely with a bit of understanding as I did. I have since received my meds sent on express mail and a 20% discount for my next orders.
