On November 17 I ordered 30 tablets of phentermine for weight loss. I was promised a delivery date of 5-12 business days. On November 28, I received the following message: "Your order has been shipped and is currently in transit for delivery. However, we would like to inform you that due to carrier delay and upcoming holidays , the shipping time frame of your package has been adjusted to 10 business days from ETA Therefore, will have an estimated delivery date of 26-12-2016."
As of January 11, 2017, I have not yet received the order. I received the following email message:
"We have been informed by our supplier that there was a setback in the delivery of your order. We are sorry you did not receive your package as promptly as you expected. We experienced an unusually large number of orders, which disrupted our normal delivery ability. Please contact us in order to resolve this problem."
HOWEVER, no one is responding to phone calls at the number(s) provided. THIS IS A SCAM SITE and should be avoided completely.

I received a tracking # that never worked and when asking for a refund, I was bombarded with emails and phone calls either saying I would be delayed again or to order again. I will be requesting a chargeback for my card after being informed by others that they either never received or that they received fake products.

I used an eCheck, which is a first for me. I received no order confirmation or receipt of any kind upon completing an order, which was odd. Four days later I contacted them--they said that my order was being processed, and that eChecks take 5-7 business days to authorize, plus 48 hours for "final approval", at which point they would ship order.
I checked my bank and the check had already cleared at the receipt of that message.
I waited a few more days and heard nothing, so I contacted them informing them that my check had been funded 3 days before, and yet I still had received no notice of any kind.
They replied asking me to prove that I had paid! They actually asked me to provide my bank statement and banking details! Excuse me, but he** no...
I said no, and they still did not ship my order, they told me to wait for further contact from them.
I contacted my bank and discovered that eChecks cannot simply be charged back--they need to open a fraud investigation. Ugh. Well, I had to completely close my checking account and open a new one.
No order was ever shipped, and I still do not have my money. Never again.
