Hope this will help someone, take testosterone lab test
Damn, you must have some bangin insurance, nebido is crazy expensive! Test cypionate is what I use for HRT, no male pattern baldness in my family so DHT is not an issue as far as hair loss.

Finastride prevents the conversion of testosterone to DHT. More than likely the problem has to do with DiHydroTestosterone. It bonds to SBGH and therefore increases free testosterone. Try mesterelone, it is a nice DHT based drug that might really help your libido. Personally I use testosterone and another injectable called masteron enthanate which is very similar to mesteralone, which is a pill. Since both are DHT based it can accelerate hair loss though but in small doses might be good for the libido and not too hard on the hair line.

Have you tried spirolactin or rogaine? They block dht topically, preventing it from bonding to hair follicles rather than preventing the conversion from test to DHT.

This is true. I literally worked in the lab next door to where it was made. Supposed to be a prostrate drug but laid an egg. Did better as Propecia.
