Default Soma does not help my back pain?

I have an mild ache in my back whilst it is not all that painful it is annoying. The only thing that helps is a deep tissue massage which is very expensive and the ache comes back soon.

Anybody have any advice. I sit on a special chair at work, I watch my posture etc.

Anybody else have this? I'm not keen on using trams or DHC as they don't really help. I asked a family member that works in medicine and he didn't seem to be concerned or know why.

I just forked our £700 pounds for a new matress still no joy
