@GreenThumb I'm with you. I boycotted Netflix after pedogate, I also boycotted Coke and sports etc. I had to swallow the bullet on Amazon, being severely disabled it would have made my life completely impractical. I also boycott ALL television and radio and I'm very conscious about what movies I can tolerate now.

Won't buy Dyson products. The owner encouraged people to vote Brexit, then after the vote move the business from UK to Singapore. Cant stand the hypocrisy.
UK equivalent of 'My Pillow guy' in the US
But those pillows **do** feel so good to sleep on. LoL I'll overlook his foray into politics for a good night's sleep. I think my little partner would attest to this as well. 😁✌️

@Earthdog Thanks for the explanation. I'm a little torn on this one, its like the case of compelling the Baker to make a cake completely contrary to their religious beliefs, its the law that makes it more complex, once you compel them to provide contraception then it becomes legally acceptable to compel a Muslim to provide products with the image of Muhammed etc etc. Although, Christian's need to ask themselves a serious question 'is our beliefs worth the 58+ million abortions performed since the 70s in the US? I think really its the viagra hypocrisy that makes it really cringeworthy.

@Chancer Perhaps I didn't express my self the right way and with the right words. I really can't stand predominantly pop music with national roots (not nationalistic in political sense) originating south from our border. Although we to have a fair share of our own copycats of that repulsive crap...
Maybe will post a link/example, when I reduce my taste down enough.

Forgot, there are a couple of more things on my list - religion and fakin' covid (vaccination) agenda...

Sadly, Coca Cola, my favorite soda, because of their memo or class or whatever it was telling their employees to "be less white" which is pretty racist. Also Netflix because of the movie "Cuties" which is utterly reprehensible.

I boycott all meat products not raised myself. I love my cows and treat them almost as pets. They're smart, have different personalities, and are adorable to me. Whenever the time comes for a butchering, it's extremely sad and like putting down a beloved pet.
I wish more people had to spend every day with their future food instead of putting feedlots and industrial meat production out of heads, not having to think twice about what their supporting.
It's a sad and not to mention climate changing predicament that's been forced down our throats for a long time.
Not hating on anyone who likes meat, can't argue it doesnt taste good. But the industry that's made burgers the norm is irresponsible.
If I didnt have a small herd of cows i don't think I would be eating meat at all.
I ain't peta, just my opinion.

@opiatesandchopin I’m not against eating meat I’m against causing suffering. Humans are smart, you know we could implement a better system if people demanded it. But people are more worried about what random actor or comedian said 20 years ago..

@pythagorean We stopped taking any cattle to the market (where theyre bid on and sent to feedlots for "finishing") after we watched a guy there ruthlessly hotstick our cow over and over when she had nowhere to go. She was stuck in a strange maze with a hundred strangers. To me it was like seeing your dog put in cage and then then yelled at and shocked over and over. I was just a kid.
After that we keep only a small herd, sell the heifers and bulls we cant keep when theyre young as "grassfed beef". We get a lot more for them but its still pretty sad and always awful when we have to get rid of an older cow.
We still barely make enough to pay land taxes and electric etc.
The good news is more and more people seem to want humanely raised animals.
I have a bull i had to pull out of his sick momma, dry off, and bottle feed. Hes a big old boy now! But i dread the day he has to go because we have young heifers. Hes still gentle as can be and loves getting brushed and scratched on.
Sorry for hijacking the thread btw!

The one thing that is inaccurate afaik is the “allowing Muslim people to get images of Mohammed. That’s strictly prohibited in their faith. At least that’s what I thought I remembered about the big deal years ago. Some one in Europe who was a political cartoonist did get one published and then some big shot in that faith issued a death penalty on the guy. I remember Family Guy did an episode that parodied the event.

Are we allowed to mention any pharmacy here, as in IOP. I’m currently in a pickle because of one that either didn’t reply to my emails or didn’t get them. Either way when I sent one from another email asking what was going on then one of the people that answers emails started insulting me and threatened to send my package to the local police department. Currently they are holding on to my BTC payment and said they would send it “after the holidays”.

How am I supposed to know when that is? Depends on the religion I guess. Considering it is in India it’s possible for them to celebrate a religious holiday all year if they’re Hindu.
