Package from vendor signed by the police

YIKES! So... Today... Uhhhhh.. F my life.

I had 2 packages come because one came early. One was FedEx and one was USPS. The FedEx never made it to the truck for delivery and after about 3 hours it shows signed by X.XPD and the zip was for the FedEx store. This was a 2nd day delivery that isn't a signature. But the USPS one made it.

I don't want to mention the vendor since he is on DBG (yea I know I should have known better) and he is stating he will refund me back 50% of the cost back since he saw the signature of the police...

Has anyway ever had this before? I have other packages coming? Not from FedEx but from others and what the heck could have happened. I'm beyond a nervous wreck and have cleared my entire house of everything.

@tinmuning I don’t think so. I know a few members use him here and so I don’t want to break rules but I was mentioning it primarily on… what others situations were like. As in does it just go on like nothing happens or and I flagged.

I realize this is a PR on PR site so I wasn’t mentioning name. I can PM/DM you with pics of the seizure. Again I do know people use him here.

My main concern is… what now? Since I have other orders coming in? We can take private message if better but I wanted others experiences if s domestic is seized as I’ve never seen that!

I’m sorry I don’t have any wisdom to offer on this! You have made me curious about it as well. I thought the beauty of domestic ordering was NOT running the risk of a seizure.

Yea the private delivery services have a right to give your packages to the authorities if they deem it a security risk. Happened to me years ago with UPS. Even though people prefer the private delivery companies more USPS has different search guidelines. I got super scared as I ordered some HTF meds but luckily not enough that would be worth a knock and talk. Basically my order tracking said delivery exemption then something like handed to security team. I remember someone else who had their order seized at the same time in the same location ended up calling UPS and told the forum they confirmed that they found drugs in the package. It is on a previous thread for an SY vendor here back in 2017 I believe.

I did what you did and emptied my house of anything. Did my best to clear any internet history etc. Again luckily for me nothing came of it. Although it was HTF it wasn't that many and that's why I think no one did anything in my case. Just prepare for the worst and hope for the best.

Customs and the DEA would deal with it but I imagine they have inter agency liaisons. I've only heard of the police being involved if its internal (UK to UK etc). Then it would be the drug squad or CID (Criminal Investigation Dept UK). My criminal law knowledge is pretty limited, I specialise more in Employment/Contract Law and the US legal system has quite a few differences although they are based on a similar overall legal system. My guess (and its only a guess) is that they are more interested in the supplier, a buyer is very small potatoes to them unless it was a huge order which I doubt many of us on PR buy that large.

I've literally never heard of the police signing for a letter, the good news is the OP now has plausible deniability since it never reached his/her home, I would delete every email or communication and would even go as far as cleaning my house of the electronic device used (switch it off and hide it elsewhere) since its the one thing that could potentially link you if they try to use you to build a case @Azzamean

I've had my packages snag by fedex, both security and signed by police.
Like you would literally see that on the tracking history.
But I haven't had any problems.

The reship of the confiscated product would then be shipped via USPS.
USPS would be used for a little bit, until it is back to fedex again.
It depends on the vendor you work with to be honest. If they will reship,
or like in your case @Azzamean they offered 50%
But would prefer a reship using USPS.

@kmontayne The vendor hasn't responded to me since last night so... I am starting to wonder if I will actually get my refund.
When I get home to my PC I am gonna post a picture of what was signed, marking out anything of my own address and stuff of course, but for anyone who orders FedEx when you sign you can see the actually signature and its LE

I am gonna say I am out the money. Which is half a grand.. first order.. But, you win some and lose some. As long as I am not flagged.
I am also gonna check if the vendor is listed here because then I need to post his name regardless of if I get half my money back or not.
He is supposed to be an SY but seemed "American" and freaked out. I think he is new, and doesn't know what he is doing...

@Azzamean I would not worry. I have had this happen on two separate occasions. Once in 2018 and a second time in 2019. I have also had MG and WU transfer picked up by LE.

In respect to the seized packages, I received letters in both cases via USPS mail about a month after the seizure that essentially told me the package was seized due to suspected contraband and there was some type of processed outlined I could follow if I thought the seizure was done in error. Obviously, I did not follow the process and chalked it up as a loss.

If I were a betting man nothing more than what I described above will happen. Do not lose sleep over this, but I would definitely find a new vendor. The vendor is either being actively tracked from the drop point or they are not using discreet enough packaging.

@Azzamean The worst thats going to happen from an LE perspective is most likely an LL.

A 50% reship at least is completely fair, do a search for them or even start a thread if you can't find them.

@Azzamean don't freak out, you'll be okay. If they were out to get you, they would have set up a controlled delivery and taken you away in bracelets.

Many of us have had orders snagged, with tracking indicating that LE was contacted. I had a DHL Express package snagged 15 minutes way from my house in a large city and when I called DHL, I was on hold for a while (longest few minutes of my life, When they finally came back on the line, they told me my package had been handed over for a security check to local authorities. I ended up getting an LL (at my remailer) that identified the item taken, and the amount of the drug listed was many times more than I actually ordered - enough to hit me with intent to distribute, if they had pursued it. A bit OT, but I don not suggest anyone ever use DHL for ordering scheduled med's, as they can and do inspect packages at every stop of the way (and they hit a lot of cities on the route) and they will refer shipments to local LE in these situations. One poor SOB that lives near me ordered poppy pods from the UK through DHL a few years and got nipped on a controlled delivery, and they made an example of the guy. I don't think he did any time, but the terms of his release were onerous, a I recall (mandatory drug treatment, regular UA's, long parole, etc.).

My only worry here is that your address will be flagged, so I think you should swith up your address, get/change your remailer,etc.

So this isn't a vendor here on PR. I've looked. Its a member on DBG. He did refund me 50% in BTC though. So, I guess that is fair. I have messaged the PR admin @tinmuning with vendor name and all.

Also, another post on DBG yesterday, the same vendor had another client get an order snagged. Much larger than mine. So its the vendor. That gives me some relief that it wasn't just me, and it is the vendor. but I am curious on why they let the package get right until the end if they are watching the vendor. Why not snag it instantly?

Part of me doesn't want to mention because he did the right thing and refunded me 50% but the larger part of me is looking at the community... But since he isn't on PR, then... This community should be fine with not using him?

As for my address flagged. That is is biggest concern. While I have gotten 2 shipments since it was snagged, it was in such a short amount of time that I don't know if communication between agencies had enough time. Meaning that maybe orders in a week or so once systems sync that I will get all orders snagged.

I've asked admin if I should mention the name since he isn't here. And if they want proof. But yea, I've never ever seen LE sign for a package like that at the end. For mention, they were unmarked Mexican pills. So when they did see them, they have to send off to the labs to even know wtf they were.

I'm just a small time user. I do not sell, ever. And the amount was small so I don't see a reason why they would continue other than a test and then destroy evidence. But you never know with LE. Especially bored ones in a small Midwest area. The entire thing just has me sketched out.

I really appreciate all the feedback of others who had orders snagged and things carried on as usually. So... That gives me hope. That also now has me redrawing my entire way I do things, order, log in, and communicate. As I want to reevaluate things on this.

In my humble opinion leave it alone and consider it lost. You may contact vendor and ask for a reship through a different carrier after uploading ll to them. Just my two cents.

@cajunbulldog oh it’s lost. 100% that package is gone. Unlike other FedEx 2nd day packages that are legit non medical (well I have only 2 this month) , this one has a “report Missing package” button.

Yea sure let me report it. I’m sure they will direct me with the nearest “customer support” agent that I can then admit and sign that package over to me before I leave in cuffs and two count of possessions of controlled substances.

Nah it’s gone. Another user on DBG with his order snagged and then me getting two since tells me it was vendor is hot but I don’t know why they let it fo all the way to the end. Maybe because once it’s in the system moving through the machines they really can’t stop it until it finally gets into a human hand for delivery.

But yea it’s time to think about a new opsec and I think this address is limited

How do you think we got the other vendors that are available here? People like us introduce them, it would be good protocol to ask him if he minds being on PR, some do, others don't. PR can be good for their business just as their business can be good for PR.

I would definitely ask him/her first though, you don't want to upset your vendor if its something they don't want.

I got an order this morning, about an hour ago, from Leo. Wasn’t FedEx so multiple to my house and doing fine.

So idk…

Mauricio was the vendor. He refunded me 50% which, is I suppose good enough. A risk taken and all that, but on DBG another user posted order didn’t receive and I got a private email from a 3rd.

Probably gonna make a post over there but I’m gonna say I’ll get banned and it will get scrubbed. That’s why I don’t really go there… it’s so like. Just monitored, faked, etc. hard to really get a real sense of a vendor. But hey, hey did 50% refund so I’m not so much saying he scams and he is obviously hot and your order may not make it.

And fuck for all I know I could be on a watch and they waiting to see what or if large shipments come to my house. Which they will be disappointed. I mean, sure I have a lot for 2 people here. But that’s it. Not a chance I’d even bother selling simply because I never have enough for me and the wife! Literally can’t seem to get enough orders through.

@spex Yep, they do. Local I assume was sent off to a lab and then tested and then will be destroyed. We had 3 shootings in my town of 60k this weekend. So too much higher priority than a script of Xanax and 30 morphine.

But they apparently just go sign it these days. A decade ago I would have expected a controlled delivery. Well hell, even know I would have. Since it’s happened.

But I guess now they literally sign Officer of Police Department and that’s that.

Wow that is scary I am new and I'm reading all of this stuff. Hope everything works out and it's honestly ridiculous that we have to come to this to get relief because no one else will help us. I will be thinking of you and helping everything is okay and will work out.
