Ordered recently, and paid extra for expedited shipping with tracking. Never received the tracking number, and never received the item. They stated they had no idea there was no tracking number, and the item must have been lost in the mail. They did offer to send it again(their cost) or refund my money. I just went for the refund my money option. $100 is too much for them not to be responsible for, especially if I order with a tracking number and never got it. I do give them points for having e-mail customer service all well as phone.
